Settimana scorsa sono stata a fare un massaggio. Personale preparatissimo e atmosfera incantevole. Purtroppo, per una freddolosa come me, i 21 gradi (che ho visto impostati sul termostato) hanno rovinato tutto: un vero peccato! Troppo freddo!

Gorgeous and refined spa close to the lakefront. We visited for a “day spa” experience to have massages.

We booked via the telephone the morning of our visit and the receptionist was very accommodating.

The spa is located in the hotel. It is extremely clean. For those looking for a full spa experience, the spa doesn’t offer access to the swimming pools, sauna, steam room etc. Only the booked treatment, which is why I’ve taken off a star.

Robes are provided however no slippers. The changing rooms are clean but there is only one shower and toilet inside. With 2 showers outside to rinse after using the pool. The lockers are large and do not require coins or tokens to lock.
There are hair dryers. Shower gel is provided however no shampoo, condition, body lotion, creams.

There is a relaxation room with complimentary tea and water for you to relax before your treatment and after.

We had a shared room for our massages and these were excellent quality. The staff is skilled and very diligent.

I was looking for a spa which had a relaxation room and area that could be used for rest before & post treatment.
From the first email that I sent detailing my needs to the check in check out I was most impressed.
Rama & Bogusia were so attentive (via email and later in person) - they were thoughtful & considerate in my treatment request. I didn’t want a full massage and requested that it be added on to my facial. This was no problem and easily accommodated.
The hotel is exquisite- you need to be let in via the main gate. Greeted by a glorious view before entering the reception area.
The staff at reception were kind and one of them led me to the spa.
The entrance to the spa is beautiful and comfortable. The presentation is contemporary & traditional in keeping with the hotels ambiance.
I was given a gown and towelling flip flops to wear whilst resting in the relaxation room,
A selection of tea, dried fruits and water is available.
There are 4 chairs spaced out and ambient lighting.

I had a lifting facial followed by a 30 minute head / neck / leg & foot massage. Angela my therapist was so knowledgeable and did the treatment in a seamless way. She was wonderfully attentive and helpful. I felt incredibly relaxed in her presence.
My eyes were very puffy before the treatment but her magical massage really helped!
I spent a while relaxing before floating out of the hotel.
The prices are reasonable especially as I would pay more in a UK spa with less relaxation!
I wish I could go back - maybe one day!!

We spent five nights at Villa Serbelloni for our wedding week and had the opportunity to do a couple of treatments at the spa. When we first arrived, we got the jetlag couple treatment where most of the massage is focused on your feet which is perfect for those who have been walking everywhere as a tourist which was us in Rome. It rained the morning of the welcome dinner, so we cancelled our Villa del balbianello private tour but thankfully the spa was able to fit me in for a quick French manicure with gold tips. We also got the candles & champagne couple’s massage the day after the wedding. My husband enjoyed so much he also booked another massage two days after the wedding. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the spa. They give you a robe and slippers to change into and you can hang out in the quiet room to grab some hot tea before they bring you to your massage room. The candles and champagne service was my favorite of them all as they also gave us strawberries and we got to spend some nice relaxing moment with each other the day after the wedding. The shower was also very clean that I used to wash off the massage oil. Overall, it was a great time and I would highly recommend it if you have the chance to visit!

A great massage. The smell of oranges and the perfect amount of pressure. I highly recommend after days of walking around Italy. The staff are all very nice and helpful. My feet, my hands, my neck…my whole body feels great!
