Starting December 2024 my right ear got clogged. I went to hearing center, they diagnosed 30% loss of hearing. My Primary Doctor treated me with antibiotics, then with an MRI. Nothing wrong. She also concluded that I lost hearing on that ear. That I needed hearing device. I had a doubt and wanted a second opinion. I visited Dr. Randhawa, I had my ear full of wax and that was all the problem. I left his office hearing 100% in both ears! Thank you so much Dr Randhawa and team!

Saw Dr R almost a year. Was diagnosed with paralyzed vocal cord Had ultrasound of thyroid (3) nodules He did nothing went to voice therapy (did not work) developed severe sore throat could not get in to see Dr. Finally after calling over and over! Saw him he was not at all concerned. You have paralyzed vocal cord = No I had Thyroid Cancer! Diagnosed by second opinion!
He should be held accountable now I may lose my voice totally!!

He was horrible to my 89 year old mom was going to this practice. She went there recently because of wax build-up. Instead of flushing the ear he gave her oil and a bulb and told her to do it herself. She was unsuccessful and kept calling back that she was getting worse her hearing was much and her balance was being affected but they would only see her in 4 weeks. She went to urgent care and they flushed her ear and gave her antibiotics. She had a horrible infection. So much for Dr. Randhawa.

He was there in his office when he didn’t have a nurse just referred me to sleep study while no nurse was in the room he even care that he is a ent Dr in that room . When came in my room suddenly he remembered something and left me for 8 minutes while I was speaking about my chief complaint. He has forgotten he is a Dr he was not behaving like a Dr ..and for god sake you need a secretary ?‍♀️

Unfortunately, I've had to visit many physicians throughout my life but fortunately I've been able to find the very best at what they do.
Dr. Ravinder is the best in his field of medicine.
I had an issue with my right ear and was told that I may have to undergo surgery but thanks to Dr. Ravinder I'm at home for the moment and feeling great.
Why search for another ENT when the best is only one call away.

The Doctor said more no more than 5 words to me.The whole time.I was there.A misdiagnosed me was ready to do surgery when surgery wouldn't help me.The guy did not see the problem which was right in front of his nose.I suggested I'll go to this Doctor he's got lousy manners.He's bedside manner sucks and he can't diagnose a simple problem.And he just loves Billing medicare for tests.
Do not go see him too many other choices

Terrible Experience with Dr. Randhawa Ravinder DO ENT Office

I recently had an incredibly negative experience with Dr. Randhawa Ravinder DO ENT office in Delray Beach, Florida. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I encountered was absolutely appalling.

From the moment I called to make an appointment, I was on hold for 41 minutes before being hung up on. I was driving to the office due to the extended hold time. When I arrived, I was met with a rude and demeaning attitude from the staff member, particularly the female staff member with glasses. Very demeaning and basically called me a liar.

The staff member's behavior was completely unacceptable. Instead of treating me with respect and professionalism, she chose to belittle me and even attempted to correct the pronunciation of my surname even after I pronounced it twice and phonetically spelled it out. This level of rudeness and condescension is simply inexcusable.

As a result of this terrible experience, I decided not to proceed with making an appointment. I believe it is important to share my experience so that others are aware of the unprofessionalism and lack of respect they may encounter at this office.

I strongly advise against seeking medical care at Dr. Randhawa Ravinder DO ENT office. The staff's behavior is indicative of a lack of professionalism and customer service. It is crucial for medical professionals and their staff to treat patients with dignity and courtesy, and unfortunately, this office failed to meet even the most basic standards.

I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make informed decisions about their healthcare providers and avoid the mistreatment I endured at this office.i will be following up with the office manager as well.

The worst doctor I’ve ever gone too In my life. This man should be arrested for malpractice and thrown in jail.

My mother and I went to see him last week since I was guided there by my MDVIP after taking several CT scans on my neck and throat area.

I called the office 3 times, THREE TIMES, the day before my appointment to confirm they would have all my records from Rayus prior to my appointment or if I would need to go pick them up physically and bring them. Some lady at the desk told me it’s “public” and they can pull it up with my birthdate.

My mother joins me for the appointment, we waited 48 minutes before we got back.

Dr. Walks back and immediately has this terribly energy about him almost like why are you here.. I start explaining I had my tonsils out when I was younger and I’m having some trouble with sore throats and whatnot and I just got these tests done and my doctor would like you to look at them and determine what we can do for treatment. A pretty basic rundown of why I’m there and what’s going on.. when I tell you people this was the most insane akward unfahtomable situation.. he just started at me with this face of disgust and asked these stupid questions about nothing and was almost again questioning why I was there.

I really am not exaggerating at all this man should he thrown in Jail him and his whole staff. A TERRIBLE experience and by far THE WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER GONE TOO.
