This is my experience I have been going their for over 15 years. Little by little I was seeing Dr. Kleiner less. They put me with someone elese I didn't mind. One year I got a colonoscopy from the Gastro doctor that works in the office. I was told everything was fine little did I know he told Dr Kleiner I had Diverticula. Dr. Kleiner told me that 2 years later when I was their for my yearly. By then it was Diverticulitis having to go to the hospital from the pain.The test at the hospital showed it.I am a patient that only went to the office 2 times a year only for my yearly and blood work.Oh they charge 25 dollars for blood work. Their has been two times that I called for assistance and both times were turned down with no help what so ever. Recently. On March 6th. I went to MD now and tested positive for the flu. I went back 2 days later because I was feeling worse. I couldn't get rid of my cough so I called Dr. Kleiners on the 21st. Thursday and left a message told them my situation and asked if they could call me in some cough medicine or if I needed to be seen the message said I would get a call back within 24 hours. This was Thursday. On Saturday I was back at MD now. No one called me back. I called them on Monday the 25th of March and asked why? They said they were having phone problems. And by the was my doctor is on maturity leave. What kind of excuse is that. Lost all my faith with these doctors. One last thing. Kleiner is only their one day a week. For good reason the last time I saw him was about 3 years ago and he was repeating himself over and over.

Doctors themselves are great. Nurses/assistants are generally good. Front office staff is okay, just a little rude sometimes.

Appointment scheduling service is trash. You used to leave a voicemail and get a call back. These days, the phones go straight to voicemail and you never get a call back.

I am so upset! I have been calling to make an appointment with my provider Dr Kleiner for over 3-4 weeks and all I got is the voicemail, that they will call you back within 24 hrs, that does not happen. NO ONE CALL YOU BACK. Should I drive there make the appointment and then come back for the appointment, that would be so ridiculous. If you are out of business say it. I need to make an appointment, if I cannot get one I have no choice but to find another provider. I like Dr Kleiner but the office is letting him look bad.

I have been calling to make an appointment for 3 weeks, with no response and no call backs. There is always a message about high call volume which is total bull. Considering that I am an existing patient. This gives your practice a negative view. Do better!

dr. Kleiner should really get out of the business. He talks about how he likes to teach. He needs to teach his office staff to answer the phone and return phone calls. Their referral girl is useless two years. I’ve been waiting for a referral and still haven’t gotten it. every time I go to the doctors office the physician assistant asked me and I tell her well still haven’t gotten the referral done. Today I was on hold for 47 minutes Harvey you lost me I will never step foot in your doctors office again so help me God do yourself a favor get out of business , if you can’t serve the public, you should not be in the business

This doctors office is pure garbage. You don't get called back for test results and on top of that, anytime you call for a Doctor's appointment a voice recorder comes on and says "We are experiencing a high call volume" you can never talk to a real person to set and appointment. If you are reading this please DON'T have no business dealing with this trash office.

I see Dr. Saltzman whom I've been seeing for years, the staff around him are ridiculous. They put on the answering service when things are busy, you can't get a person on the line. You have to leave messages, which I did to cancel an appointment and they're now charging me as a no-show, claiming I didn't call to cancel. I've been trying for a month to get a refill on a particular medication and it's endless excuses why the pharmacy hasn't received it. Beware hidden charges and fees here for tests. Staff is just simply incompetent.
