Visited for the CU vs UU game and this is just incredible athletics facility & well represented as a D1 school. The field house really is the only thing that felt dated but the atmosphere was wonderful. I should also mention they bring a bison to the games and put on quite a show. The whole town also shows up to the games, enthusiastically!

Had a great time watching the Buffs football squad beating OSU. I have lived in Colorado my entire life but had never visited Folsom field. I was surprised at the high production value of the football games. The bathrooms were a little rough, but I thought the events center attached to the stadium was awesome. Parking was an absolute nightmare. So, losing a star for parking and bathrooms, but overall, I am glad I saw a game here.

I didn't get to visit Folsom Field during a CU Boulder game or any event for that matter; however, I did have the opportunity to walk around it and see the outside and a little of it from the inside (whatever the fence line allowed me to). I am planning to attend at least one game within the next 2.5 years so when that occurs, I'll be sure to update this review (and rating, as applicable).

I don't know if I'm just being biased as a proud CU Boulder parent, but from what I've seen of this stadium, it was difficult not to smile while walking past, or standing next to the stadium. I suspect the students at this university may have a different point of view based on their interest in sports and academics. Regardless, as a huge football fan, I'm hopeful that I'll get to see a live game in person sooner rather than later, despite who is/are in the starting lineup of their football program.

From the little parts I saw of this stadium, I feel this structure needs a bit of an updating...not a total overhaul, but to update some of the aging infrastructure. For now, I like this stadium and the history behind it - Sko Buffs!

Dated infrastructure but good execution. Easy access once you park. People are super nice. Definitely would see a concert here again.

Let me start off by saying this venue is spectacular, and the show we saw was truly a once in a lifetime experience.
Everything else before this was awful.
Upon walking 20 mins to this venue we reached thousands upon thousands of people just confused and truly just chaos!!!Security was obviously not prepared and just didn't execute any sort of clear directions to anyone.
They set up 5 portable toilets right next to the GA entrance so people were in line for the bathroom thinking it was the line for the entrance. Then the line wrapped around guest services so it was so hard to try and get to them to ask where i was supposed to go.
Once finally in line for the entrance security was BEYOND strict on their bag policy. They had a piece of paper and were putting it next to peoples bags to match the size. So many people got turned away once at the gate because their small fanny packs didnt meet the 4.5" X 6.5" policy. To me its absurd that a regular small fanny pack cannot be allowed in.
If you got through security check then you went through another line to check the tickets. This is where most of the chaos was. Peoples tickets werent scanning and were being denied. Girls crying, lines not moving, security just overwhelmed. People were beinf sent to the ticket booth but there was so many people that they didnt know where to go.
Once finally inside the stadium it was obvious that security werent communicating with each other and there were not receiving clear instructions. We recived news that the show was delayed due to light rain and thunderstorms. So i went to the bathrooms and upon trying to go back out security had blocked the tunnel to go back down to the stadium. THIS WAS TRULY CHAOS. You have people coming from the bathrooms, the concession stands all trying to go back down but not being allowed through. Then you have all the people from the stands coming up trying to come through to go to the bathrooms and get drinks etc. we would all see people across the stadium at other gates being allowed through but our gate apparently we werent because we were supposed to seek shelter until the rain passed. All this was just so unprofessional and awful. Luckily it all happened before the show and everything after was amazing.

Been to this field a few times. It’s a wonderful stadium with great views no matter where you sit. It does get cold so be sure to bring something warm. There is a limit on the size of bag you can bring into the stadium. You may need to check it in if it is too big. Best advice is to leave it at home.
