This was our 1st visit to Dr. Lee Friedman. His staff was great. We downloaded forms to fill out and bring in to our Appt. The Boca office was easy to find, clean and organized. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Friedman. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He updated my son’s recent prescription to be more specific and advised us surgery wouldn’t be needed due to new long term technology coming, making the procedure more accurate. My 15 yr. old son was very comfortable with him and has seen several other pediatric ophthalmologists in his life to compare him to in TX & Miami. We will be back in 1 year for our next visit and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

Dr. Friedman is great. But the ladies that work at the front and answer the phone are the rudest people. Just trying to ask a simple question or schedule and appt for my daughter is such a headache. They speak to you like you are stupid and are just nasty women. We are switching eye drs but the amount of abuse I've endured from these women is ridiculous.

He’s the best in the business. If waiting an hour for your appt bothers you the be prepared to drive to Atlanta, GA for the next best pediatric eye specialist.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Friedman. He’s a remarkable surgeon that took time to explain my daughters procedure and had a gentle, fun bedside manner with her. We had a successful experience in the treatment, customer service, and overall process with his practice. Keep doing what you do to help so many people!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Friedman. If you are searching for caring, attentive, brilliant, handles your child’s eyes as if they were his own, seasoned, gentle, and not only a pediatric ophthalmologist, but a humanitarian. He is kind, humble and will not stop until he knows your child’s eye problem is on its way to allowing your child to see more easily. His bed side manner is personal and he easily builds a rapport, even with the shyest of children. If you are searching for a staff that will always go above and beyond - you have found your home, and your child will be treated as such. ❤️

Dr. Friedman and his optometry staff are amazing. They are always understaffed, long waits and repeated visits and co-pays for scheduled test THEY reschedule due to staffing. The front desk individual is rude, unprofessional and unaccountable. Today we are here for the 4th attempt of a scheduled test. We received a text changing appointment time which the front desk said we should have “ignored” and come at the set time.

Dr. Friedman was exceptional along with the staff at our appointment today with our 16 month old. My baby was comfortable and the staff did everything they could to ensure of it. The technology, cleanliness of the clinic is 10/10. Our pediatrician referred and we were so happy. Great experience!!!!

I only provided 4 stars because the first time we attempted an eye exam when my son was 3 years old at Dr. Friedman's Office I had scheduled an appointment and I waited 3 months to be seen to only show up and they advised their was an insurance issue and didn’t assist in any way for my son to have his eyes check so we had to leave. This time recently was MUCH better. Upon entering the office my first impression it doesn’t seem to be too much of a friendly environment with the office staff. Also, very crowded. I am pleased with this current experience with this office and doctor for my son’s eye exam this time around. I am happy to finally have my son get the care he needed. I realized by the time we were checking out that the office ladies just seem to be overwhelmed rather than unfriendly. I was definitely happy that Dr. Friedman was wonderful with my now 4 year old. Very patient. Now I finally have a solution for his eye sight to have him taken care of. Scheduling takes a while to been seen but the office wait once you get there is not bad. As long as the insurance doesn’t have any issues with referrals there doesn’t seem to be any issue being seen. We will definitely be back for any vision needs for our family and I recommend Dr. Friedman to others. Thank you Dr. Friedman!
