? I have never been to a nicer holiday inn express before. Super clean, ambiance is so nice. Color coordination and decor is off the chain. All staff is nice and cool I loved my 5 day stay. Everyone on the team is there to help

Breakfast I’ve ever had. Thanks to Alma the cook. Very friendly staff. Pool is nice and clean and the best I’ve been to. My kids loved the place. We over stayed because we just didn’t wanna leave. ❤️

Had a great time with my Family. We all loved the location away from freeway and easy excess to all Houston via Beltway 8 and 59 . We would be there within 30 minutes ( not a long commute for Texas) . People working were all very helpful and smiling. Loved the pancakes and being vegetarian having a vegetarian option was a pleasant surprise!!! No ith Express have them . Loved it and enjoyed my vacation!!! Would definitely stay again

Checking in with Chris and Meg was a warm, welcoming experience! They were personable and generous with advice and recommendations. Things got even better when I arrived to my room! It was what I expected as a Holiday Inn Express, except EXTRA PERFECT. The furniture and layout of the room was ideal for work travel. Everything was super fresh and clean. The details - the tv screen welcoming me by name, an abundance of USB charging outlets, the simple/quality toiletries in dispensers, a foot ledge in the roomy shower, a black facecloth for make-up - attention to those blew me away! I was a bit surprised that the mattress felt like it was nearing the end of its service, but it did its best and was at least dressed in very nice linens. I slept alright. All the staff at the desk, breakfast area, security, housekeeping were equally pleasant and kind. I felt safe, comfy, and well-taken care of at this Holiday Inn Express - thank you so much!

This is a wonderful IAH property. Great location - many restaurants close by and easy to find. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the pillow choices very nice. The staff members were great! Nora at the front desk is by far the most welcoming and pleasant individual I have encountered at any hotel. She immediately recognized my Platinum status and, upon request, we were upgraded to a suite. We were fortunate to see her again when we were checking out and she, once again, recognized my status and wished us a good trip. Nora is a very valuable asset to this Holiday Inn Express location. Thank you, Nora!

I have stayed at this location and it was absolutely lovely, one of my best stays, besides the room being immaculate everytime, staff is what made me reserve a room with you guys again because everyone was so welcoming and kind, but for whatever reason on Christmas, the lady at the front desk was VERY rude and somehow changed my reservation. As a member I didn’t get my points either. At some point we left to get food and she was ACTIVELY yelling at a customer.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. They also kept the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar in the lobby well stocked. The workout room is very nice and clean. Small pool and would love to see a hot tub, but overall a great experience.

Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was very clean. The shampoo and conditioner smells wonderful. The girls from our school volleyball team were coming up to me complementing me on how good my hair smelled. Almost everything was excellent EXCEPT BED SHEETS. They were had a dirty smell. Other than they…excellent!!!

I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was clean, had a place for us to hang out with others from the event we were involved in, and had friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. They provided a face wipe (I left mine at home) as well as quality lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. It was extremely pleasant stay!
